Shipping Information

Once received, orders are processed immediately. We are unable to make any changes to order details (name, address, products, combining orders, cancellations, etc.) once an order is processed through our shop. Please verify your shipping address at checkout before submitting your order.

Returns & Replacements

Physical Products:

All orders are non-refundable unless we accidentally shipped you the wrong items or the items you received were damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order and we will be happy to process your refund or offer a replacement. Please note: refunds must be processed within 7 days of receipt.

Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital products and the fact that digital media, once sent, cannot be returned, Cameo Holt Unlimited, LLC has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed it is considered to be non-refundable. Please review product description in full because it includes all that in included in your product.
