Game Changing Ingredient to Level Up!

I decided that 2019 would be a year of change for me. I needed to do NEW things to get me to the next level in my Life. Because your next level is not a familiar place, it may feel unattainable and sometimes even scary. Change is scary and I so get it. But never let that fear keep you from your best life!

The game changing ingredient that helps you move into new unchartered territories is a COACH! Yeppers having a coach has totally changed my life and business. Coaches create an effective strategy to get you to your goal faster than you going at it alone because they have been where you are.

Coaches help you change your perspective. If you don’t know me by now, I DREAM BIG! My issue had always been executing those ideas. I often times referred to myself as a procrastinator but by working with my amazing coach I now know I am deadline driven (hard deadlines). That simple mindset shift has given me the confidence and ability to plan out my projects with the deadlines needed for me to execute effectively in my business. 

Also, your coach will keep you accountable. Their job is to make sure you succeed in your life and business. Knowing that you will personally be held accountable for your actions makes you approach situations and tasks differently. 

When choosing a coach make sure you choose someone you can vibe with, that has the same values as you and that has the personality that you connect with. Some coaches are stern, sarcastic and have a very boisterous personality while others are kind, compassionate and encouraging (like me ☺️). Only you know what works for you so choose wisely because this person will be responsible for helping you successfully attain your goals. 

There are many ways to find coaches that you connect with. You can start with Google, Social Media or YouTube. I found my coach through her YouTube channel and we have been rocking every since.
