Why I added coaching to my services

They say to create what you don’t see.

My goal when I started my graphic + web design studio was to help small businesses create a professional online presence. This was important to me because most of the visuals that were online representing small businesses did not match their quality of service.

In the beginning, there was so much excitement about my new journey of owning my own business. I knew what I wanted and what I had to offer would help my target audience. Because of my creative mind, I had lists of amazing ideas. I would quickly get frustrated and self-doubt would sneak in followed by confusion. That initial joy soon became dread. I began to doubt myself and my abilities because I was not producing at the level I thought I was “suppose to”.

I had the knowledge, the ability and the commitment for my business but something was missing. I didn’t give up and continued to push through these emotions because I had goals to accomplish. ☺️

While working working with my clients, I noticed that they too were missing that “something” in their business. When they came to me for their brand and web design (the visual part) most of them were confused about their business structure (the foundation). I met with a couple of them about what they were going through and what kind of support they needed to be more confident in their businesses. After meeting with them, I saw what they needed and realized we had that in common. We needed strategy. Confidence + Strategy and a little guidance are what we all need to accomplish our goals. 

If you want change, you have to change some things up. I created what my clients needed...coaching services to help them build confidence, create a clear strategy and a nudge of guidance. It just makes sense to me to hire a coach when you are moving into the next level in your life because the unfamiliar is often confusing. With confusion come self-doubt. I know as well as you do that you are capable of achieving your goals.
